What makes a valid sender ID?

Guidelines at a glance
3 to 11 characters
Your sender ID must be between 3 and 11 characters long. Shorter IDs may be rejected; longer ones are not supported by operator systems.
Letters and numbers only
Only alphanumeric characters (A–Z, a–z, 0–9) and spaces are permitted. Special characters like @, !, &, or # are not allowed.
Must represent your brand
The ID must be directly associated with your registered business name or product. Generic names and impersonation attempts will be rejected.
No impersonation
Sender IDs that impersonate banks, government bodies, telecoms, or well-known brands are strictly prohibited and will be declined.
